- 8 oz 225 g white cheese or feta
- ½ cup 15 g fresh parsley
- 2 eggs
- 12 sheets phyllo dough 450 g package
- ½ cup 120 ml milk
- ½ cup 120 g yogurt
- ½ cup 120 ml olive oil
- Sesame seeds optional
Mix cheese, parsley, and one egg.
Whisk milk, yogurt, oil, and remaining egg.
Layer phyllo, brushing each sheet. Add cheese in two layers.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 35–40 minutes.
Rest before slicing and serve warm.
