    • 3 Dessertspoon Vinegar
    • 3 Dessertspoon Grape Molasses

    • 1 Tea spoon Talt
    • 1 Tea spoon Black Pepper
    • 2 Tablespoon Liquid Oil (to cook)

    Hamburger Ingredients:

    • 4 Number Hamburger Bread
    • 4 Slice Cheddar Cheese
    • 8 Slice Dry Meat
    • 1 Number Large Size Tomato (sliced)
    • 4 Number Gherkin Pickled Cucumbers (sliced)
    • 4 Number Curly Lettuce Leaf
    • 4 Number curly lettuce leaf

    For Caramelized Onions:

    • 2 Number Onion (chopped piyaz)
    • 1 tea cup Water

    How to Make a Homemade Burger Recipe?

    • To prepare the caramelized onions, put the chopped onions in a pan and add 3-4 tablespoons of water as the onions absorb their juices. Complete this process by adding water continuously until the onions turn brown.
    • For hamburger patties, mix ground beef, molasses, vinegar, mustard, bread crumbs, salt and pepper in a large bowl, without kneading too much, by turning them upside down.
    • Divide the mixed hamburger patties into four equal parts, shape them into hamburger patties and leave them in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
    • Slice the tomatoes and pickled gherkins.
    • Preheat the grill pan and, after heating, grease it with oil and cook hamburger patties on both sides.
    • Place the cheddar cheese on the meatballs, which is close to taking the meatballs from the stove, and remove from the stove after it melts.
    • Cook the dried meats for about 2 minutes on both sides.
